Mr. Kuperberg is the lead analyst at the Water Information Sharing and Analysis Council (WaterISAC). He oversees day-to-day activities on the WaterISAC portal, collecting, analyzing, and disseminating relevant government documents and open-source information to over 10,000 subscribers. He communicates with government and private sector stakeholders worldwide on water sector security issues. Mr. Kuperberg also collects and analyzes incident reports, responds to security-related questions from the subscriber community, and develops newsletters informing subscribers of important safety and security information. Previously, Mr. Kuperberg has supported the Office of Risk Management and Analysis and the Office of Infrastructure Protection in the Department of Homeland Security in a variety of roles. He has also supported the Department of Defense in the development of terrorism awareness training materials. Mr. Kuperberg has studied terrorist organizations and their tactics for many years, conducting analyses of numerous terrorist plots and attacks for diverse audiences.
